Four days in Paramaribo and Commewijne
A short trip that stays on paved roads and the river crossing: the wooden center, a plantation district, and one swim south of the city.
7 days
A week with a rainforest stay
Two days in the capital, then a boat south of the reservoir, with Brownsberg as the fallback if the river trip is not confirmed.
10 days
Ten days from the coast to the interior
Paramaribo, then either Galibi in turtle season or Bigi Pan for birds, then a boat up the Suriname River. The nature reserve replaces the river only when a flight is already booked.
